Scripting with Browsers
I've used JavaScript throughout the site to keep the structure correct and provide enhanced features. If your browser does not allow scripting, you may notice areas that do not work properly.
To avoid these problems, please enable scripting. Below, I've included the most common ways of doing this. Please click on the browser you use:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later
- Go to Tools - Internet Options on the menu.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click the Internet icon at the top.
- Click the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to get to the Scripting section.
- In the Active Scripting section click Enable.
- Press OK and say 'Yes' to the warning box.
- Press OK again.
- Go back to the main Multichem site and Refresh the main page. You should see the warning text disappear.
Netscape Navigator 3 or later
- Go to Edit - Preferences on the menu and click once on the word 'Advanced' in the category list on the left. NB you don't need to expand the Advanced category; the options you need are on the main Advanced panel.
- In the panel that appears click 'Enable JavaScript for Navigator'. NB in some version of Navigator, this option is labelled 'Enable JavaScript'.
- Press OK.
- Go back to the main Multichem site and Reload the main page. You should see the warning text disappear.
